  I’m emailing to say a great big thank you.  We had a minor problem with our alarm today.  The back door wasn’t locking or securing as it should.  We called your office and an ADS technician came out to our facility in less than an hour.  He not only fixed the problem, but helped us address and solve a front door issue as well.  We were not aware of it but we have an intercom system and he took the time to show us how to work it.  This was all done on the Friday before Labor Day.  I can’t tell you how impressed I am and how much we appreciate being a client.  You guys have been fantastic after the sale.  I have horrible memories of our previous provider and how difficult it was to get them on the phone or even to our center in a timely manner.  If I can ever help you in any way please call on me and I’m happy to refer business your way.
