Residential/Light Commercial

Responsible for selling to Residential/Light Commercial customers, the successful candidate will fit the following profile:

• Must have a highly developed understanding and knowledge of applied consultative sales;
• Must have well-developed business communications and sales presentation skills; 
• Must have the ability to effectively prospect and present our ADS Life Safety products and services.

Requirements include:

• 2 -5 years high performance sales experience in a technical based service industry
• Strong hunter and effective closer 
• Must be eager to pursue a knowledge of vertical markets and develop an expert understanding of our products and applications
• Self managed – able to operate independently 
• Must be able to work effectively in a “Team Sales” based organization 
• BA/BS Degree preferred, but not required

ADS Security offers:

• Base salary plus an excellent commission plan (first year potential $36,000 - $60,000) with an uncapped earning potential
• Auto allowance, cell phone and laptop provided
