ADS Security Acquires Systems Unlimited; Bridges Gap in Western TN Markets

Nashville, TN – ADS Security (ADS) revealed today that it has acquired Systems Unlimited Inc. of Jackson, TN, establishing the fifteenth branch for the regional security company and its fourth market entry in Tennessee.
With locations in five states across the Southeast, the Systems Unlimited acquisition marks ADS’ furthest expansion west, bringing continuity of coverage to their western Tennessee service areas. “We are excited to be expanding our presence in the state that is our home base”, said John Cerasuolo, ADS President and Chief Operating Officer. “The addition of Systems Unlimited introduces ADS to a new Tennessee market and bridges the gap between our Nashville, TN and Paducah, KY locations.”
