  "I got ADS security after my house was broken into and all of my heirloom jewelry was stolen. My daughter later convinced me to get a medical alert pendant. ADS once sent help after I fell in the kitchen and could not get up, so I pressed my medical alert pendant and they sent help right away. Who knows how long I would have been on the kitchen floor in pain. Also, I will never forget the technician who came out to my house at 11:00 o'clock at night when my alarm went off and I could not get it to stop. We discovered that my medical alert pendant had fallen into my shoe and I was setting it off when I was walking. I am 89 years old and I will not forget him as long as I live.   "...it was very important to me to have a security service that had local people available should I have a need.  I have been an ADS client for over 8 years and have utilized their expert service in several different situations.   Once, while out of town, the ADS dispatcher called my cell phone to let me know my alarm had been triggered.  I was able to notify my neighbor to check around my house and, as it turned out, it was a false alarm.
